Now that the dust has virtually settled on the recent Election period, I wanted to take the opportunity to write and say thank you for the support we received from you and your team during the extremely demanding pre, actual and post periods of the Elections process.
Your team worked above and beyond the demands of the job and their support on installing the marquee, before time and in the face of severe weather conditions, was instrumental in us being able to proceed as planned.
The team was superbly managed by you and your man management capabilities ensured that we obtained the same level of service on the last day as that which was applied from the beginning. The flexibility, commitment and effort of the team did not wane throughout the long days and nights that this exercise presented us with.
I trust that you will take enormous credit in your staff selection as the team has very quickly picked up on the demands of an Election and we are extremely grateful for the efforts that were undertaken on the evening/night before Election Day itself.
It was a pleasure to work alongside a team of people who offered first class service in both a reactive and proactive capacity. Their flexibility in accepting tasks and additional work requests meant that the line between client and contractor disappeared.
Without the support that your team provided I am certain that we would not have delivered on our commitments to the count activity as efficiently as we did.
